Being a small family run business we pride ourselves on treating each and every customer as another family member and Garry our service advisor and business owner is committed to making sure everyone who steps foot in his business, team members and customers alike, are made to feel like a part of the family.

Our friendly staff welcome the opportunity to talk you through any concerns or questions you may have about your car service or repairs in a clear and easy to understand manner.

One Stop Auto Care has been an established car service workshop on the Gold Coast since 2010.

Garry Febey took over the business in 2017 and has been a hands on owner-operator from day one.

Garry is continually motivated in working on his business and makes it a priority to greet and get to know all of his customers on a personal level to ensure all customers feel relieved and comfortable knowing their vehicle is in safe hands.

Garry’s vision for One Stop Auto Care is one of a personal nature as much as a business and cars have always been a passion for him.

Safety is a priority to us and we stand by all our work. Don’t be afraid to ask questions we like to keep our customers fully informed and are happy to explain the why’s and wherefore’s of cars!

Our level of service and attention to detail is proving to be very popular as it would be – customers know they can bring their car here to get it repaired properly.

Our mechanics and staff are very carefully hand picked and we are proud of them. With a combined total of over 30 years of mechanical experience, they are meticulous, professional and always friendly and keen to explain problems in ways every customer can understand.

We prefer to have our customers for the long term – just like a doctor or dentist – you need to know you can trust us and rely on us to do the right work on your car as and when it is required.
